Description
This Space Engineers server is set up and ran using the systems at the game server hosting provider GameserverKings. You can find more in depth information about our services here: https://www.gameserverkings.com/games/space-engineers-hosting/. We run top of the line hardware, which is key to good performance on Space Engineers servers in particular as they have quite high CPU requirements, and worlds can often get very large and fill up exetremly quickly. All of the servers we offer have minimum hardware specs, and are no lower than 64GB of DDR3 RAM, multiple SSDs for convenient and quick storage, as well as a CPU clocked in at at least 3.5GHz. Although these are our minimums, we often run servers on even better hardware to allow for the best possible performance for our users.
Space Engineers is all about exploring. There's plenty to do, and it should find and hold the interest of any type of player. Whether you're interested in roleplaying with your groups as a group of rogue astronauts and explorers, or building epic space ships and hubs to duel to out with opposing players, there is always something fun to do. The game is procedurally generated, meaning there are an almost infinite amount of outcomes to your gameplay experience, and no two servers should be exactly the same.
At GameserverKings, we allow you to easily modify and edit many of the game's various settings easily. You'll be in full and complete control of the way your server functions without having to fiddle with any of the hard to manage code. Mod your server using any Steam Workshop mods you could possibly want. We allow for easy mod access, and do not put a hard limit on the amount of mods you may use within your very own server. Need to control your server a bit more? Make yourself an admin to keep those pesky trolls in line, or keep them out entirely using a whitelist system that's as easy to use as creating a Steam group with all of the friends you want to be able to access your server.
